How long does the whole process take?
Signing up, the questionnaire, and ordering your kit takes about 15 minutes of your active time. Your kit is dispatched within 48 hours and arrives in a few days. Collecting and posting the sample takes just a few minutes. End to end, expect a couple of weeks from order to secured storage.
What does the pricing cover?
A one-time purchase covers your collection kit, sample processing, and storage for the included term. Starter is $99 (limited to the first 1,000 sign-ups) with 1 year storage. Legacy is $199 with 3 years storage. No subscription required.
Where is my sample stored?
All physical sample handling is carried out by our Biobanking Storage Partner — an independent, ISO 9001 and CAP-accredited biorepository with 24/7 monitoring and chain-of-custody protocols. MySpawn handles your account and notifications; physical storage is the partner's job.
